DEAD MAN'S COVE

Orphan Laura moves to Cornwall with her uncle. She befriends Tariq, who works at the local store. After noticing signs of abuse, Laura investigates. Both are kidnapped by child traffickers using the Mukhtars' shop as cover. At Dead Man's Cove, they help trapped children escape a flooding tunnel, but face sacrificing one of themselves to save the others.

RED DIRT ON 66

A band of veteran Oklahoma musicians tours Red Dirt Country during a scorching summer. Songwriter Lata Gouveia, a fugitive and the band’s lead singer, convinces a Luxembourg film crew, led by Felix Sorger, to document their search for the soul of Red Dirt Music. But no gigs are booked.

In "Red Dirt on 66 - Director's Cut," legendary musician Rocky Frisco—baptized in a church turned recording studio—returns 70 years later to play his original song, "The Blues for You," on the grand piano. GARDEN STORIES

"Garden Stories" is a documentary about allotment gardens in southern Luxembourg, reflecting the region's industrial past and evolving multicultural society. These gardens, once tied to the steel industry, now host a diverse mix of retirees, Portuguese workers, and immigrants from former Yugoslavia, each bringing their own gardening traditions.

Filmed over four seasons, the film blends humor with social insight, portraying these gardens as spaces of cultural exchange and resilience. In times of economic strain, subsistence gardening gains new relevance.

Released in Luxembourg in September 2011, Schrebergaart has screened at international festivals, including Big Sky (USA), ETNOFILM (Croatia), Fruhlingskino (Austria), Taiwan European Film Festival, and Cine Europeo (Nicaragua, El Salvador).
